The Surgical Technologist I is responsible for maintaining a sterile environment and assisting physicians during procedures to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This role requires completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program and a commitment to ongoing professional development. With extensive training and orientation provided, the Surgical Technologist plays a vital role in the surgical services department, contributing to patient safety and care.
Overview:
Up to $5K Sign On Bonus
Compensation / Benefits
- $19.56-$31.94/hr. depending on previous work experience.
- Evening differential $2.00/hr.
- Night differential $2.50/hr.
- Weekend differential $2.50/hr.
- Sign On Bonus paid over 1 year.

Education
Completion of accredited Surgical Technologist program, achieved national certification in surgical technology preferred, or five (5) consecutive years training/experience as a surgical tech. Cath lab: RCIS certification preferred.
Experience
Must have completed accredited Surgical Technology program, or must have five (5) consecutive years training/experience as a surgical tech, or LPN with one (1) year surgical tech preferred. National Certification is highly preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration/Professional Designation ETC
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained for duration of employment. If Certified Surgical Technologist must have current certification. Current Oklahoma LPN license required, if applicable. Cath lab: ALS training must be achieved within 6 months of hire and maintained throughout duration of employment.

Experience
- Must have completed accredited Surgical Technology program, or must have five (5) consecutive years training/experience as a surgical tech or LPN with one (1) year surgical tech preferred.
- National Certification is highly preferred.
(Above requirements can be met by the equivalent combination of education and experience).
Licensure / Certification
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained for duration of employment.
- If Certified Surgical Technologist must have current certification.
- Currently Oklahoma LPN license required if applicable.
